Position Description / Primary Objective
The Sr. Analyst reports to a Relationship Manager and is responsible for assisting and coordinating new client opportunities, ownership of key annual valuation update processes, and maintaining ESOP transaction negotiation, review, and post-transaction compliance processes.
Essential Functions
Sales & Pre-acceptance
Prepare Potential Engagement Summaries
Assist in preparation of RFPs and proposals
Assist in sales calls
Assist with client engagement by preparing appropriate paperwork
Relationship Management Team Assistance
Respond to client emails
Reviewing valuation reports and completing associated internal documentation
Special projects
Update checklists for ongoing clients
Transaction Coordination
Ensure that engagement letters have been sent/received and finalized
Maintain transaction checklist concurrent with transaction activities
Record transaction milestones in SalesForce
Gather documents as they are circulated and file accordingly
Complete client checklist
Other Responsibilities
Actively participate in ESOP training & certifications
Compliance with internal processes
Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree; preferably Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Interest in obtaining professional credentials (e.g. CPA, ABV, CFP)
Strong written and oral communication
Ability to work effectively with others to meet organizational goals
Work independently with limited supervision
Efficient organizational and planning skills
Effective time management and ability to prioritize work
Ability and willingness to respond constructively to rapid change
System proficiency: Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ShareFile and Salesforce
