Amanda (Pinrui) Su
Senior Analyst
Amanda is a Senior Analyst at Ventura Trust. In this important role, she supports our Directors and Relationship Managers with client engagements, ESOP transactions, and annual valuation updates. She assists with coordinating new client opportunities, managing annual valuation update processes, and maintaining ESOP transaction negotiations, reviews, and post-transaction compliance processes.
Before joining our team at Ventura Trust, Amanda supported financial analysis and valuation work related to ESOPs at the Beyster Institute. She also was an investment analyst at an asset management firm in Singapore, gaining hands-on experience with investment analysis and portfolio-related research. She also has experience working on financial analysis and investment-related projects at a venture capital firm in Malaysia. Amanda has a membership to the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) and is working toward a CFA designation.
Amanda has a Master of Quantitative Finance from the University of California in San Diego and a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University. There, she double majored in Finance and Applied Economics.
In her free time, Amanda enjoys Pilates, dancing to jazz and k-pop, and spending time with her ragdoll cat. A fun fact about her is that she lived in Malaysia for seven years before settling in the US.
