Senior Analyst
As a Senior Analyst at Ventura Trust, Diksha plays a vital role on the Relationship Management Team supporting our Directors and Relationship Managers with all aspects of client engagements, including ESOP transactions and annual valuation updates. She coordinates new client opportunities, owns key annual valuation update processes, and maintains ESOP transaction negotiation, review, and post-transaction compliance processes.
Prior to joining Ventura Trust, Diksha worked as a Financial Modeling Specialist at Beyster Institute, a Risk Analyst at JP Morgan Chase, and an Audit Assistant at Deloitte. The knowledge she gained helped her build a strong foundation in financial analysis, market research, and industry analysis, critical for strategic decision-making in the finance domain. She is a member of the NCEO and the ESOP Association.
Diksha holds an MBA in Finance from NMIMS, India and a Masters in Quantitative Finance from University of California, San Diego.
