We’ve been an ESOP Company for more than 20 years and take our fiduciary responsibilities very seriously. AGI had an internal trustee for many years prior to engaging Bankers Trust Company with Neil serving as our Relationship Manager. We engaged Neil as our trustee in 2016 and engaged Ventura Trust Company as our trustee in 2023. The support we receive from the Ventura team has been invaluable. Their ability to answer hard questions both from a technical and cultural perspective have made us a better company and a better ESOP and we thank Ventura for their support.
