Aashna Kampani
Relationship Manager
As a relationship manager at Ventura, Aashna is responsible for all aspects of client relationships. She coordinates new client opportunities, owns key annual valuation update processes, and maintains ESOP transaction negotiation, review, and post-transaction compliance processes. She is a member of the National Center of Employee Ownership and the ESOP Association.
Prior to joining Ventura in 2022, Aashna interned as a Financial Modeling Specialist at the Beyster Institute, where supported feasibility assessments for companies pursuing a transition to employee ownership. Aashna also has experience as a Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs and as a Staff Accountant at Accomptant, a Los Angeles-based accounting firm.
Aashna earned her undergraduate degree in accounting and finance from St. Xavier's College, India, a Certificate in Finance from UCLA, and her Master’s in Finance from UC San Diego.
Based in San Diego, Aashna loves to play the piano and was a volunteer at the Hammer Museum in LA. She enjoys traveling and adventure and is a Certified Scuba Diver.
