Andrew Eelkema
CSG Coordinator
As CSG coordinator at Ventura, Andrew supports the interaction of the client service group and the relationship management team through the coordination of new ongoing client onboarding, as well as the execution of various odd projects. He also facilitates the professional development of the client service group. He brings to Ventura a relentless drive to learn and optimize systems to support the company’s overall growth.
Andrew started with Ventura ESOP in September 2022. Previously, Andrew served in the Army for 5 years, and spent over a decade as a Personal Trainer / Health Coach.
Andrew earned his bachelor’s degrees in economics and nutrition from University of Wisconsin and University of Minnesota, respectively. A lifelong learner, he is currently pursuing a Master’s in Nursing at Saint Catherine’s University.
Andrew loves meditative movement in general, and unhurried walks along the Minneapolis chain of lakes in particular. He’s an avid reader and in recent years has returned to being a runner (completing his first ultra-marathon in October 2022).
