Anita Jackson
Director of Legal Operations & Special Projects
Anita is responsible for internal compliance process implementation and management at Ventura. Prior to joining Ventura in 2018, Anita worked for Chubb insurance company as an AVP in Global Legal Operations. She has 20 years of legal operations and case management experience with expertise in global project implementation and management, ELM management, vendor management, cost reduction practices, and productivity improvements.
Anita earned a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and serves as the Vice President on the Board of Directors for Kickers FC, a youth soccer organization.
Anita lives with her husband and 2 young boys. She enjoys loudly cheering on her boys on the soccer field. She is an advocate for DEI and very involved in her community and local politics. She is also passionate about health and wellness and teaches group fitness classes.
