Victoria brings extensive experience in client service, complemented by a highly detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive problem-solving mindset. She is known for her ability to anticipate client needs, navigate complex situations with professionalism, and deliver thoughtful, well-organized solutions.
As a Client Service Manager at Ventura, she plays an integral role in managing and enhancing the overall client experience. This includes maintaining consistent and transparent communication, ensuring timely follow-up on action items, and upholding meticulous and accurate record-keeping standards. She works diligently to create a seamless, responsive, and organized service environment that reflects the firm’s commitment to excellence.
In addition, Victoria supports the coordination, organization, and movement of trust assets, carefully overseeing processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Her structured approach and strong attention to details help facilitate smooth administration and reinforce confidence and trust among our clients.
Victoria joined Ventura in 2023 after 11 years at Paychex as a Fund Management Analyst in the 401k department. She also worked as a Client Manager at Wealth Enhancement Group, servicing clients for the Managing Director.
Victoria earned her BS in Business Administration & Management from State University of NY College at Brockport.
Victoria is based in New York and enjoys going to her kids’ sports events, reading, and listening to true crime podcasts. She also enjoys the company of her pets: Kodee the orange tabby cat, and Roxy the bunny.
