Carl Rubin

Retired CFO, Web Industries

Carl retired from Web Industries (100% employee owned and one of the leading ESOP companies in the country) in 2014 after working there for 37 years. During his tenure there he worked in customer service, outside sales positions, was general manager of their Midwest plant before being appointed Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. He also served on the company’s Board of Directors from the mid-1980’s until his retirement in 2014. Carl graduated from Bentley College with a degree in accounting and worked in finance and accounting positions before joining Web. He attributes his long tenure at Web to the strong values embedded in the company culture, and to the terrific people he was fortunate to work with every day.
