As Chief Operating Officer, Gina designs the frameworks for sustainable growth, aligning day-to-day operations with long-term strategic health. She serves as the vital bridge between visionary strategy and organizational impact, balancing deep analytical insights with a commitment to people-first leadership to optimize the synergy between people, data, and performance.
Before joining Ventura, Gina spent seven years as a Senior Management and Technology Consultant with Digineer, Inc., partnering with multiple Fortune-ranked companies as a trusted advisor, strategist, and leader in program implementation. She also brings nearly three decades of healthcare experience, holding various roles in corporate training, operational systems, process design, and technology management.
Gina holds professional certifications in Agile Project Management and is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Product Owner (CSPO). She is a member of the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO), the Minnesota Technology Association (MnTech), and Women Leading in Technology (WLiT).
Gina earned her Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication and Technical Writing from Minnesota State University, Mankato. She is based in Minnesota with her husband, son, and mini-goldendoodle. When she isn’t on a soccer field cheering for her son or Minnesota United, she enjoys traveling, practicing yoga, volunteering in her community, and spending time with friends and family.
