Patrick Schmidt has more than twenty-five years of experience working in ESOP Valuation, Business Valuation, and Litigation Support, and he has completed more than 5,000 business valuation projects. He is a frequent speaker on valuation topics and has written several articles as well. Pat is an Accredited Senior Appraiser and a member of the American Society of Appraisers. He is currently a Managing Director at a premier independent valuation and financial advisory firm in Minneapolis, MN.
