Mary, co-founder of Ventura, looks out for the future of Ventura by creating and implementing its strategic vision. This includes planning for growth, communications, marketing, and human resources. She is responsible for risk management, strategic planning, and marketing.
Mary brings 30 years of business experience and 20 years of practicing law after passing the MN Bar. Her perspective comes from being a management consulting firm owner and owner of several other businesses. In ESOP experience, Mary has 10 years of experience working with her husband, Neil.

Received her JD in 1979
Masters in Design at the University of Minnesota in 2005
Her passion is art and children. She lives with her husband and Ventura co-founder, Neil, and their dogs, Max and Rocky.
