Rebecca joined Ventura in 2021, bringing more than 20 years of experience in customer service excellence and business communications. As a Client Service Manager, she oversees distributions and money movement for ongoing clients’ ESOP plans, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and a seamless client experience. Rebecca plays an integral role in maintaining compliance standards while delivering thoughtful, high-quality support to clients and their advisors.
Prior to joining Ventura, Rebecca owned and operated a dog walking business in the Twin Cities for over a decade, building strong entrepreneurial and operational expertise. She also served as a manufacturer’s representative for both international and Fortune 500 companies, further strengthening her skills in client relations, sales, and strategic communication.
Rebecca earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota.
She lives in rural Minnesota with her husband and two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys camping, boating, and relaxing with a good book by the fire.
