Jennie Msall
Director
As a director at Ventura Trust, Jennie is responsible for all aspects of client relationships. This includes leading and supporting ESOP transactions from the trustee side alongside financial and legal advisors, as well as leading trustee responsibilities for ongoing clients, such as the annual valuation update.
Prior to joining Ventura in 2023, Jennie spent 11 years working with employee-owned companies, and she has assisted in the implementation and growth of dozens of employee-owned firms. Jennie plays an active role in the employee ownership community, speaking frequently about employee ownership and business strategy. She is the author of numerous publications and resource guides. She is a member of NCEO and The ESOP Association.
As a consultant at Praxis Consulting Group, Jennie provided ESOP communications, financial literacy training, strategic planning, and other organization development services to employee-owned companies. As a Program Director at the ICA Group, she directed the organization’s employee ownership transition program, leading dozens of companies through their transitions to employee ownership.
Jennie earned an MBA with a concentration in Finance from University of Massachusetts Boston and a BA from Vassar College.
In her free time, Jennie enjoys weaving on her loom, cooking, bicycling, and swimming, and watching women's basketball.
