Dee Belanger

Business Operations Manager

Dee Belanger is the Business and Operations Manager at Ventura Trust and is responsible for strategic planning for the office, providing leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure the office has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and human resources in place to facilitate organizational effectiveness, efficiency, compliance, and strategic planning.

Dee currently serves on the Board of the Foundation for the Preservation of Historic Keene as its clerk/treasurer, serves as the Vice-President on the board for the Community Volunteer Transportation Company, and is a board member of the Keene Downtown Housing Corp. Dee also participates in 100+ Women Who Care- Cheshire County.

Past volunteer opportunities include serving on the Board of Monadnock Restorative Community, first as its Treasurer and then as President, Friends of the NH Drug Courts chairing the Development Committee, and in various roles with Monadnock United Way. Dee also helped to establish the Friends of the Cheshire County Recovery Courts as a legal entity by creating the LLC, registering with the NH Charitable Trust Unit, and creating the by-laws.

Born and raised in New Hampshire, she graduated from Franklin Pierce University. She also graduated from the Leadership Monadnock Program for the 2014-2015 year and is a 2016 graduate of Leadership New Hampshire. Dee is also a Leadership Learning Exchange on Equity member, joining the cohort in 2017.

Dee and her husband, Paul, reside in Swanzey, NH. Together, they have raised three children who are all making their mark on the world today.
