Nikita Agarwal, CVA
Director
As a director at Ventura, Nikita is responsible for all aspects of client relationships. This includes leading ESOP transactions from the trustee side alongside financial and legal advisors, as well as leading trustee responsibilities for ongoing ESOP clients, such as the annual valuation update.
Prior to joining Ventura in March 2020, Nikita spent three years of experience in equity research, where she played a vital role in assisting clients at Morgan Stanley and developed a strong foundation in financial analysis and valuation. While completing her Masters of Finance from the University of California, San Diego, Nikita interned at the Beyster Institute, focusing on conducting ESOP feasibility analysis for business owners considering ESOPs as an exit strategy.
Nikita is a Certified Valuation Analyst and a member of the NCEO, ESOP Association, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. She also holds an MBA from Nirma University in India and a Master of Finance from the University of California, San Diego.
In pursuit of her career goals, Nikita relocated to the US in 2018, settling in San Diego, where she enjoys exploring local restaurants and taking leisurely walks/cycling along the beaches.
